Terms of use

The rules for using blooom.dev. Project work is agreed separately, in writing, for each project.

01

What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the website at blooom.dev. They are not the terms for project work. Each project is agreed separately in writing, with its own scope, price and dates, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

02

Who we are

blooom is a design and engineering studio run by Uvelt in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and IO in the United Kingdom. Questions about these terms go to hello@blooom.dev.

03

Using the site

You may browse the site, link to any page of it and share those links. You may not copy the design, code, text, images or video for reuse elsewhere, scrape or bulk-download the site, interfere with how it runs, probe it for weaknesses, or use it for anything unlawful.

04

What belongs to whom

The design, code and text of blooom.dev and the BLOOOM name belong to blooom. The screenshots and recordings in the work section show sites built for clients and remain the property of those clients and their brands. Names of tools and products mentioned on the site, such as Next.js or Stripe, belong to their owners. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to any of it.

05

The work shown

The projects in the work section are shown as they were when we finished them. The live sites are run by their owners and may have changed since. The link under each one goes to the site as it is today.

06

Enquiries and quotes

A message sent through the contact form is an enquiry, not an order, and our reply is not a binding offer. Nothing on this site is a quote. A project starts only when both sides have agreed its terms in writing.

07

The site as it is

We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, uninterrupted or right at every moment, and anything on it can change or be removed without notice.

08

Liability

As far as the law allows, blooom is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10

Privacy

How we handle anything you send us is set out in the privacy policy.

11

Changes to these terms

The date at the top changes whenever the terms do. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

12

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute about them or about the site goes to the courts of England and Wales. If you use the site from elsewhere, you are responsible for following any local rules that apply to you.
